Civil Senior Principal Engineer in Water Resources

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Senior Principal Engineer to join our Water Resources team in West Los Angeles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of civil engineering Public Works-Water Resources projects, ensuring project scope, budgets, and schedules are met, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Prepare engineering reports, analyses, and designs for water resources projects, including water, sewer, and storm drains.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and securing new work.
- Mentor and direct project engineers and design engineers on technical matters and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in Public Works-Water Resources projects.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in Public Works-Water Resources projects.
- California P.E. license.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and typical computer software programs used in civil engineering design.
