Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Senior Principal Engineer in Water Resources to join our team in West Los Angeles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project management, engineering reports, and design plans for various Public Works/Water Resources projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Prepare engineering reports, analyses, and design plans for water resources projects.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure quality standards are met and client satisfaction is assured.
- Mentor and direct project engineers and design engineers on technical matters and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ongoing clients and actively seek to expand services to them.
- Engage in professional/community activities that promote the Cannon brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Civil Engineering, specifically pertaining to Public Works/Water Resources projects.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in Public Works/Water Resources projects.
- California P.E. license.
- Working knowledge of typical computer software programs used in civil engineering design.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record and strong desire to provide superior client service and delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time within budget.
