Cannon Corp is seeking a highly skilled Civil Senior Principal Engineer to join our team in West Los Angeles. As a key member of our Water Resources department, you will be responsible for managing projects, designing and preparing plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Prepare engineering reports, analyses, and designs for various Public Works/Water Resources projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services.
- Mentor and direct project engineers and design engineers on technical matters and procedures.
- Secure new business opportunities by establishing and fostering client relationships and developing proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Civil Engineering, specifically in Public Works/Water Resources projects.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in Public Works/Water Resources projects.
- California P.E. license.
- Working knowledge of typical computer software programs used in civil engineering design.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional client service.
