Overview

An established non-profit organization with over two decades of dedicated service is seeking a proficient Financial Operations Manager to oversee their accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage all financial operations with a strong emphasis on grant management and compliance.
  • Develop and uphold internal controls for accurate grant reporting and fund distribution.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for stakeholders and funding entities.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP, federal regulations, and grant stipulations.
  • Supervise accounting personnel and work closely with various departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of accounting experience, particularly in grant management and non-profit sectors.
  • Familiarity with OMB Uniform Guidance and federal grant regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
