Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Bank and Credit Card Management: Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
- Team Supervision: Supervise accounting staff and assign tasks.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting.
- Audit and Tax Coordination: Coordinate annual audits and tax filings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certification: CPA certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the non-profit sector.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Blackbaud Financial Edge.
- Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Location: Bel Air, CA
Compensation: $90K - $110K
