WorldLink is seeking a highly skilled CRN Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, evaluating, directing, controlling, and coordinating CRN operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics Specialists supporting the CRN category.
  • Oversee the SCM process with deep understanding of supply and demand forecast.
  • Conduct internal and third-party audits as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and roll out new processes or programs.
  • Identify opportunities to drive awareness and understanding to gain support across the company.
  • Work with management to define risk mitigation action plans and help resolve process gaps.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of related experience in an operational role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance/Accounting preferred.
  • Prior strong experience with SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing, inventory control, and/or procurement management system required.
  • Proficient in use of business office software such as MS Office.
  • Prior experience with GSCM system is a plus.
