Inside Sales Representative

At California Closets, we're on a mission to transform lives by bringing organization and structure to our community. As an Inside Sales Representative - Closet Organization Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth in East Tennessee.
About the RoleWe're seeking self-motivated, driven individuals with a passion for sales and design to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who are interested in our custom products and services. You'll provide expert advice, take measurements, and guide clients through our professional installation process.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients to discuss their closet organization needs and provide design solutions.
- Take accurate measurements and provide quotes for custom closet systems.
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely and satisfactory installations.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (in-home sales consultations a plus).
- A good driving record and ability to pass a full background check.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience measuring closet systems, cabinetry, or similar products.
- Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $120,000 per year.
