Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at The Management Trust. This role will provide exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to both internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community association managers, vendors, and homeowners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent); associate's degree preferred.
- 1-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues.
- Professional demeanor and attitude, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
