About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Residential Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homeowners receive the highest level of customer service and support throughout their journey with us.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining positive relationships and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all customer-related activities, including warranty issues, repairs, and maintenance requests.
- Work collaboratively with our customers, trade partners, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our customers, promoting a culture of trust and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve our customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in customer service, preferably in the construction or homebuilding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- A college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

- An annual base salary in the range of $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
