Job Overview

Controlled Contamination Services, a national provider of facility solutions and technical services since 1993, is seeking an experienced Cleanroom Maintenance Specialist. Our clients span the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense, and Aerospace industries.

We utilize cutting-edge strategies, processes, and human capital to deliver exceptional service and integrity in sensitive environments. This role is critical in ensuring the proper cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratory spaces.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

The Cleanroom Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing cleaning operations under strict guidelines, monitoring cleanroom cleaning procedures, and participating in continuous training in cGMP, technical skills, safety, and performance improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
  • Continuously monitor cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
  • Participate in continuous training in cGMP, technical skills, safety, and performance improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Clean all surfaces within controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
  • FOLLOW CUSTOMER STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES IN PRECISE DETAIL INCLUDING DOCUMENTATION.
  • Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions.
  • Review changes to cGMP documentation and retrain as necessary.
  • Assist in cross-training other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
  • Perform all other duties as defined by your supervisor.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position, with a GED preferred but not required. Previous work experience is preferred.
