As an Environmental Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, healing environment that improves the comfort and well-being of our residents, guests, and staff.

Competitive Compensation Package:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, vacuum, and sanitize common areas and resident rooms daily
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Dispose of trash and waste efficiently
  • Restock cleaning supplies as needed and monitor inventory
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines, vacuums, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention, and safety measures in long-term care (training provided)
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
