About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Consultant to join our team at U.S. Bank. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers by providing exceptional service and guidance on our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend financial solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to five years of customer service and sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective selling and referral skills
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
