Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Pacific Premier Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, including deposit and loan products, credit lines, and cash management solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts, loan officers, and risk management teams, to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including deposit and loan products, credit lines, and cash management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
