Job Overview

Ascend is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Management Coordinator to join their team immediately in a temp capacity with the potential to convert to fulltime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Direct and coordinate activities related to on-site outpatient medical property management, implementing procedures and cost controls as needed.
  • Maintain excellent tenant and client/owner relations, fostering a positive work environment.
Accounting and Administrative Tasks
  • Assist with preparing and administering service agreements, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Establish and maintain record-keeping and filing systems, classifying and sorting correspondence for tenant files and other documents.
  • Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting, including organizing and coding invoices.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs), track, and assign POs to invoices as they are processed for payment.
Tenants and Billing
  • Compile and review Tenant Billings and other miscellaneous charges, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Provide management team with aged delinquency reports and send delinquency letters as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years previous office/administrative experience, commercial property management experience a plus.
  • Experience with MRI and Yardi software a plus.
  • Possess professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. Ascend offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
