Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Jetro Restaurant Depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire branch operations, maintaining top-notch efficiency, and cultivating sustainable business relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire branch operations, ensuring top-notch efficiency and compliance with safety, personnel, security, pest control, and shrink control policies.
  • Cultivate sustainable business relationships with clients through open communication and rapid problem resolution.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety (HACCP, OSHA), personnel, security, pest control, and shrink control policies.
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to initiate necessary actions.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including safety, sanitation, shelf labels, inventory, merchandising, order receiving and stocking, order pulling, shipping, and customer service within the branch.
  • Establish service standards and operational goals for the branch and ensure their attainment through regular monitoring.
  • Optimize sales propositions by offering exceptional customer service within prescribed budgetary guidelines.
  • Supervise the selection, performance appraisal, and professional development of all management-level personnel.
  • Address employee relation issues, such as transfers, promotions, demotions, or disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Offices to ensure company policies and state and federal laws and regulations are adhered to.
  • Conduct regular inventory reviews to validate accuracy and availability of products.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of management experience in food service or grocery distribution.
  • A proven track record in running a high-volume warehouse operation.
  • Experience with P&L, Inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training staff, front end, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security/loss prevention.
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing assistant branch managers & department managers.
  • Ability to complete necessary reports and paperwork timely and accurately.
