Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker III to join our team at Salem Five. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our market share, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify sales opportunities and deepen existing relationships to grow Salem Five's market share
  • Collaborate with branch management and internal business partners to uncover customer needs and make referrals to cross-sell products and services
  • Engage in defined sales activities, including uncovering customer needs, offering solutions, closing business, onboarding, follow-up, and recording customer interactions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by making personal connections, uncovering financial needs, and providing solutions
  • Have a good understanding of the business of banking, including income and expense streams and portfolio of products and services
  • Be proficient with mobile smart phones, desktop applications, and the Internet to search for and locate information
  • Able to quickly learn and adhere to all policies and procedures related to branch operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three-five years' experience in a retail or banking environment or early mastery of Universal Banker II responsibilities required
  • Some supervisory or management experience required
  • Leadership abilities, sound judgment, and coaching skills
  • Proven success in delivering a superior experience in a customer-centric environment
