Office Manager

As an Office Manager at Ace Parking, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing office supplies inventory, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office infrastructure.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
