Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Route Sales Representative is responsible for meeting customer needs through up-selling and cross-selling, providing superior customer service, and managing all route responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding installation of new customers, managing customer needs, and all aspects of service
  • Ensure customer loyalty, retention, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policy
  • Monitor and report competitive activity

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license, CDL when applicable
  • Excellent skills in customer service and route sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to comprehend and follow direction, as well as good time management skills and team player
