About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team at Alsco Uniforms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting our customers' needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new customers and ensure a profitable product mix
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer installation, management, and service
  • Ensure customer loyalty, retention, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle on each trip, following all applicable laws and company policy
  • Handle and process customer payments, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and perform regular vehicle inspections
  • Ensure timely and correct deliveries of complete textile loads, pick up soiled textiles, and maintain proper inventories in accounts
  • Monitor and report competitive activity, keep service agreements current, and renewed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license, CDL when applicable
  • Excellent skills in customer service and route sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good time management skills and team player
  • Recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and count, add, and subtract accurately
