Automotive Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees a multi-line telephone system; addresses inquiries, schedules preparation appointments, and/or redirects calls as necessary.
Drafts, processes, and finalizes internal and customer repair orders.
Monitors the workflow of customer vehicles, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with clients.
Processes customer payments and reconciles cash drawer from received payments.
Manages customer complaints with professionalism and directs them to the appropriate personnel or department when required, to uphold customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with preparation technicians and staff to clarify any questions or concerns.
Safeguards confidential customer information in compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Aims for teamwork and maintains clear, professional communication within the department and the organization.
Possesses a fundamental understanding of dealership information to serve as a resource for customers.
Maintains a professional appearance and ensures a tidy and organized workspace.
Files and organizes customer invoices and repair orders.
Completes training programs as directed by the supervisor and/or mandated by the manufacturer.
