Processes customer payments and reconciles cash drawer based on transactions received.


Addresses customer grievances with professionalism and composure, directing them to the suitable personnel or department when required to uphold customer satisfaction.

Ensures prompt and precise processing of customer and internal repair requests.
Collaborates with prep technicians and staff to clarify any questions or issues.

Safeguards confidential customer data in compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Aims for collaboration and maintains clear, professional communication within the department and the organization.

Possesses fundamental knowledge of dealership operations to serve as a resource for clients.

Maintains a professional demeanor and ensures a tidy and organized workspace.

Organizes and preserves customer invoices and repair documentation.

Completes training sessions as mandated by the supervisor and/or required by the manufacturer.
