Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting customer service and preventing theft in our stores. You will be highly visible, spending most of your time at the store entrance and other key departments, working to raise shortage awareness among store associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Work to promote customer service in the store by greeting and supporting customer needs
- Conduct associate package checks
- Conduct building and physical security inspections to minimize exposure to loss
- Promote a safe environment for associates and customers and respond to emergencies
- Supports CCTV surveillance with other Loss Prevention associates as necessary
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- High ethical standards and adherence to MSCCN policies and procedures
