Engine Calibration Specialist

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your knowledge of engine controls and tune features to improve engine performance and reduce emissions?
We are seeking an experienced Engine Feature Test and Calibration Engineer to join our team at LER TechForce LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing various troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, including DVP&R tasks, FIRG, RPS, and FMEAs.
Key Responsibilities:- Tune Combustion Controls, Engine Protection, and Governor calibrations
- Diagnostic 3-Step tuning on Base Engine Subsystem Controls
- Perform Engine Performance validation on Controls Software and Calibration
- Support Installations at OEM/Distributor sites and Field Test Trips
- Support Calibration releases and integration activities
- Support various Integration and SPI Function meetings

- BE/ME/Automotive engineer
- Project management experience
- Negotiation skills
- Matlab Simulink primary skill-set
- C programming experience
- Excel Macros (VBA)
- Good understanding and experience with Datalink protocols such as J1939 and CANC communication networks
- Ability to collect and analyze CAN Trace files
- Experience with Matlab, Simulink, CANalyzer, Calterm, and MS-Office
- Awareness and knowledge of Cummins internal tools such as C2ST, Windchill RV&S
- Collaborate with a team
- Capable of identifying assignable cause for issues
