Job Summary

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting sales and maintaining customer and product profiles on both the REEF.COM website as well as within SAP.

This role will assist sales in promoting key items and seasonal offerings, and work in collaboration with Finance, Logistics, and Account Service teams to ensure the integrity of the data for all customers and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales teams with promoting upcoming products and sales, including initiating communications
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure the site is maintained with the proper assets and information for customers
  • Provide system administrative support for both internal and external customers
  • Review, revise and own product information within both SAP and the B2B
  • Work directly with Logistics, Account Services, Compliance, Credit and Sales to create, update, and maintain customer information within systems (both SAP and B2B)
  • Be a driver of change and innovation to enhance both the customer and sales experience on the B2B platform
  • Own the GXS, UPC and GS1 Certificate processes
  • Create and maintain new factories, vendors and HTS Codes
  • Interact and collaborate with off-shore teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance of sites
  • Deliver tasks on time with clear and concise precision
  • Provide reporting from systems and present the information to SLT and others within the organization
  • Utilize Hybris to maintain the virtual show room and B2B
  • Maintain SAP data tables including exclusions, MAP Violations, S4 and Gender
  • Projects include: Own the creation of seasonal catalogs and uploads for product launches, Perform quarterly audits at the request of the Credit team, Quarterly analysis and removal of invalid/obsolete data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience working with a B2B platform (e.g. Hybris, Elastic, NuOrder)
  • 1-3 years' experience working with SAP

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Excel. Must be fluent with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional functions.
  • SAP MDM experience, preferred
  • Experience with wholesale retail accounts and apparel, footwear industry experience is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of the sale cycle to adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent planning, organizing, coordinating and follow-through skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and fact-based and able to disseminate information quickly
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Passionate customer service-oriented mind-set
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective collaboration with people both inside and outside the company
