Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and oversee all data submitted by vendors to guarantee the quality and accuracy of information for the efficient integration of new products into the system.
  • Collaborate closely with inventory planners during the initial order processing of new items to ensure correct system setup.
  • Conduct audits to verify that images and content are accurate and current across all digital platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, as ongoing interactions will be necessary for item updates, including attending expos to meet with suppliers.
  • Act as a liaison for line extensions or new brand initiatives between Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and the assortment team.
  • Manage the complete life cycle of products, from launch to discontinuation.
  • Oversee the ingestion and maintenance of all information related to Marketplace items.
  • Travel to corporate campuses for participation in company meetings.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications

Minimum
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle challenging clients or customers effectively.
  • Capability to work independently on complex and confidential assignments.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
