Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physician Recruiter to join our team at PIH Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the physician recruitment process, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive physician recruitment plans to meet the needs of PIH Health.
  • Source and recruit top talent from a variety of specialties, including physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, department chairs, and other healthcare leaders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess fit within the organization.
  • Provide high-touch, white-glove recruitment service to potential physician candidates, ensuring a personalized and meticulous approach from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Work with department chairs and leadership to develop and carry out effective recruitment and sourcing strategies and campaigns for recruitment of physicians in a variety of specialties.
  • Manage the recruitment process and maintain open and responsive communication with candidates, hiring managers, physician leadership, administration, and recruitment-related agencies when necessary.
  • Facilitate the collection of feedback from candidate interviewers and distribute results.
  • Facilitate the candidate assessment process and debrief meetings with hiring managers.
  • Conduct professional reference checks on candidates.
  • Participate in the candidate offer process.
  • Prepare and process physician contracts for approval, and present offers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, human resources, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of physician recruitment experience for hospitals and/or health systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting physicians.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally to attend recruiting events.
  • Strong professionalism and presentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP).
  • Working with senior leadership and/or physician leadership.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $84,302.40 - $139,110.40 per year, with a competitive benefits package.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, working days.
