Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the facility in compliance with relevant regulations and established organizational policies, programs, and budgetary guidelines.
  • Supervise community staff and oversee daily operations.
  • Recruit and manage personnel, ensuring a team of skilled associates is in place.
  • Encourage innovation among staff to provide services that promote resident stability, independence, and satisfaction.
  • Formulate and execute an annual business strategy aimed at maintaining high occupancy rates and achieving financial objectives.
  • Act as the community representative to governmental bodies, professional associations, and local organizations.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as an executive director or in a comparable administrative role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial documents and managing budgets.
  • A proven track record of effectively hiring, directing, and managing team members.

Employment Details
  • Job Types: Full-time

  • Schedule: Shift from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, On-call
  • Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000, with potential bonuses
