Key Responsibilities
- Manage the facility in compliance with relevant regulations and established organizational policies, programs, and budgetary guidelines.
- Supervise community staff and oversee daily operations.
- Recruit and manage personnel, ensuring a team of skilled associates is in place.
- Encourage innovation among staff to provide services that promote resident stability, independence, and satisfaction.
- Formulate and execute an annual business strategy aimed at maintaining high occupancy rates and achieving financial objectives.
- Act as the community representative to governmental bodies, professional associations, and local organizations.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience as an executive director or in a comparable administrative role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial documents and managing budgets.
- A proven track record of effectively hiring, directing, and managing team members.

Employment Details
- Job Types: Full-time
- Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off, Referral program, Retirement plan
- Schedule: Shift from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, On-call
- Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000, with potential bonuses
