Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Production Specialist to join our team at Signarama Redmond. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for running our graphics production and sign manufacturing processes, including reviewing proofs, vinyl cutting, digital printing, fabrication, lamination, assembly, and installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and understand proofs and translate work orders into production workflow to build signages of various types.
  • Manage and operate router, printers, plotters, laser engravers, routers, and lamination equipment to ensure smooth and efficient running of the production department to meet production deadlines.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and submit requisitions for all production supplies and materials necessary for signage production to ensure no production stockouts.
  • Safely and effectively operate all sign production equipment, including routers, vertical panel saws, power drills, jig saws, routers, skill saws, and pop-torches, ladders, and power lifts.
  • Correctly use all required software and hardware to design signage that meets customer requirements, including loading ink and maintaining equipment necessary in the design process.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition, the work area is kept clean and free of hazards, and all required safety clothing and/or equipment is worn during the use of equipment required in the production of signs.
  • Assure all customer files, including proofs and designs, are properly saved in the customer's designated computer file.
  • As needed, support installation or oversee the installation of signage at the customer's place of work.
  • Train and supervise other Production & Install staff as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional (Signarama branded) appearance at all times.

  • Provide backup for both phone and in-store customer inquiries as needed.
