Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Sign and Graphics Installer to join our team at Signarama Redmond, WA. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate installation of a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation Planning and Preparation: Review and plan for installation projects ahead of time, working closely with our Production and Sales Teams to ensure requirements and readiness.
  • Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install signage, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
  • Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
  • Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in sign installation or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable with working at elevated heights, physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
