At AtWork Group, we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Production Specialist to join our team. As an Aerospace Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our aerospace products.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve products and processes to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain productivity and follow department schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Recommend ways to save money and cut unnecessary costs.
- Satisfy internal and external customers by responding to their requests and building successful relationships.
- Perform operations in battery packs, ISP silkscreen, final assembly, and wire assembly.
- Insert components into circuit boards and prepare parts for soldering.
- Perform edge painting operations on lenses for pushbuttons and assemble pushbuttons.
- Build and test switches in ISP.
Requirements:
- Pass a pre-employment eye exam.
- Have six months of previous experience as an electronic assembler or completed training in electronic assembly classes.
- Pass drug testing and background checking.
