About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Development Partner to join our team at Tyndale Company, Inc. in Houston, TX. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to meet operational goals, driving recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, and identifying opportunities for internal growth and development programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet operational goals.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for DC roles, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for internal growth and development programs.
  • Act as a resource and advocate for employees, providing guidance on workplace policies and conflict resolution.

As a Human Resources Business Development Partner, you will also be responsible for leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including wellness programs tailored to DC employees, managing employee data, reporting, and compliance with company policies and state and federal laws, and supporting payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
