  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and faith-based organizations.
  • Grant Writing and Fundraising: Secure funding to support our programs and services through grant writing and donor development.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
  • Communication and Advocacy: Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, articulating our mission and values to the public, media, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a focus on refugee services and community outreach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, nonprofit management, or international relations.
