Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Gardens of Trent. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment at our community, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and safe for residents and staff.
  • Perform routine inspections of life safety systems and complete necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repairs of resident units, including preparation for new move-ins.
  • Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Work with the Executive Director to create and implement a plan of correction for any maintenance deficiencies.
