Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Systems Director to join our North American Sales management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in presenting innovative solutions and fostering long-term partnerships with hospital executives, service line leaders, and influential stakeholders within acute care hospitals and hospital systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue and market share within target hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, marketing, specialty sales, and sales operations to attain annual performance and financial objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and maximize value for both hospital clients and ZOLL
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and potential threats
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 10 years of successful selling experience into the US healthcare markets
  • Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Veterans Affairs hospitals
  • Ability to communicate value benefits associated with hospital decision making
  • Valid state driver's license required
