About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at The Lofton Hotel, a premier destination in Minneapolis's vibrant loft warehouse district. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and financial viability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of culinary and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage food and beverage budgets, inventory, and labor costs to achieve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, culinary techniques, and wine varieties
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hospitality software systems
