Regional Sales Manager

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple distributors within a region and achieving the region's financial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with the distribution sales team to prepare revenue objectives and goals for the assigned territories.
  • Travel with distributors to understand market needs and provide feedback to management.
  • Lead and motivate the distributor sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Design and recommend sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with relevant trade associations and resolve customer complaints.

This role requires superior management skills, the ability to implement programs effectively, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. If you have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and are passionate about driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

Travel Requirements: 50-75% of the time, with frequent travel to the West Coast of the US and Western Canada.
