**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Kimble's Food by Design, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Skillet Kitchen Vice President to achieve sales targets and expand our clientele.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote our company's products/services.
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
  • Manage sales records, revenue, and invoices, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Advanced technical skills and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proven sales track record and experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency in English and market knowledge.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage time effectively.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeastern region of the US (50% of the time).
