">About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to oversee all culinary operations in our centralized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in high-volume food production environments and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of food production, quality, portion control, and sanitation/safety standards.
  • Train, evaluate, and supervise production staff.
  • Develop menus based on customer tastes, nutritional needs, ease of preparation, and established procedures.
  • Work with senior management to develop strategic plans for food preparation in non-kitchen venues.
  • Control expenses to ensure financial goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • At least two years of culinary and supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment.
  • Strong leadership and oral/written communication skills.
  • Experience with computerized menu management systems and knowledge of office and industry software applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Commitment to high-quality food procurement, production, and services.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
