Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in the residential roofing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in residential roofing sales and maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients on roofing solutions and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and contracts to clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- 3+ years of experience in residential roofing sales and maintenance team leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
