About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Photo Sales Team Lead to join our team at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. As a Photo Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail associates in capturing and selling photos and videos of our guests. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve daily KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and motivate the photo sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on providing a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve daily KPIs and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Work outdoors in an environment dictated by seasonal weather conditions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
