Sales Manager Role Overview


Aaron's Sales Manager is a dynamic role responsible for generating leads, closing agreements, and maintaining showroom floors. This key position requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build lasting customer and vendor relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions and deliveries as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain a positive customer service experience


Requirements:



  • 21 years old (18 in Canada), with a valid state driver's license and DOT certification (U.S.)
  • HS diploma or equivalent, with two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
  • Able to perform physical job tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
