Job Title: Senior Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Activity Coordinator to join our team at Golden Bell Senior Living. As an integral part of our activities department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing engaging programs and activities for our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate individuals and lead groups. You should also have sufficient proficiency in art, crafts, music, or drama to supplement our activities program.

This is a part-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • Conduct and host various activities, including one-on-one visits, group activities, and special programs within your area of expertise.
  • Assist with decorating for theme holidays and programs.
  • Provide support with production of calendars, posters, newsletters, and other mailings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
