About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator to support our engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project in Aiken, SC. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procedures and interfaces within the EPFC/CM industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • The Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating efforts among technical disciplines, vendors, and licensors to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project requirements and contractual obligations.
  • This role will involve reviewing project staffing requirements, coordinating with supporting functional organization managers and/or subcontractors, and preparing project plans and schedules.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor progress, prepare procedures, document communications, and identify potential issues and problems.
  • This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships while meeting the company's needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering field, preferably within the EPFC/CM industry.
  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in engineering, and recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field.
  • Strong knowledge of Fluor's software tools and databases, and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, is highly recommended.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance, as well as a pre-tax 401(k) retirement account with Company matching contributions and 100% vesting for eligible participants beginning DAY 1.
