About the Role

UDR Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineering Manager to support its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project in Aiken, SC.

Job Summary

This senior position is responsible for managing and/or coordinating project activities worldwide, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of completed projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with a well-developed understanding of procedures and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Accredited four-year degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of work-related experience in the EPFC/CM industry, with a successful track record of project management and technical leadership.
  • Certifications: Recognized professional certifications or registrations in the applicable field, such as PMP.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. UDR Consulting Inc offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance, and a pre-tax 401(k) retirement account with Company matching contributions.
