Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Account Executive to join our team in Riverside, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of sales prospects, and fostering relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Meet with clients in person to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop persuasive proposals to meet each client's evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the iHeartMedia brand and resources.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence and maintain productive client communication.
  • Monitor competition and continually prospect new account leads.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments.
  • Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, and submitting regular reports.
Requirements:

  • Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong client service relationship-building skills.

  • Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance.
  • Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills.
