Outside Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Account Executive to join our team in Riverside, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of sales prospects, and fostering relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Meet with clients in person to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop persuasive proposals to meet each client's evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the iHeartMedia brand and resources.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations with confidence and maintain productive client communication.
- Monitor competition and continually prospect new account leads.
- Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments.
- Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, and submitting regular reports.

- Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.

- Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance.
- Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills.
- 100% commission-based compensation with rates ranging from 7.0%-16.0%.
