Regional Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our team at USClaims. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with attorneys and law firms in your assigned region, Miami Dade county.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing relationships and build new ones with attorneys and law firms.
  • Represent USClaims at conferences, industry events, and other relevant functions to educate and promote our services.
  • Oversee the planning, follow-up, and deal closure process by communicating with law firm personnel to ensure timely accumulation and return of necessary documents.
  • Facilitate and coordinate potential business opportunities between attorneys, law firms, and USClaims.
  • Consistently perform daily activities to add new accounts, build relationships, solidify referring partnerships, and produce leads that achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct frequent visits to law firms in the assigned territory to grow and maintain business relationships.
  • Continuously add new prospects and accounts to the pipeline to increase sales volume.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support team objectives and company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and generate sales.
  • Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome objectives.
  • Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales.
  • Successful negotiations, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, multi-task driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM.
  • Spanish experience is a plus.
  • Personal Injury Legal experience is a plus.
