Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall CSG Delivery and day-to-day leadership
  • Develop and implement Strategic Account Plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute Renewal strategies
  • Consult on referrals and provide informed guidance on day-to-day servicing, Wellness coordination, and Client Solutions Implementation

Requirements:

  • Exceptional understanding of insurance-related products and regulatory matters
  • Ability to develop multi-year overall benefits strategies and model financial implications from benefit programs
  • Strong negotiation skills with carriers and ability to form relationships with C-Level Clients
  • Ability to up-sell services to existing clients and work well in teams
  • Advanced working knowledge with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience, with RHU or CLU preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with a health and welfare carrier or broker, providing account management services and support to clients of 100 lives or more
  • Appropriate Resident Life & Health License
