Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Tax Manager/Partner to enhance our finance team. This role demands a professional with extensive expertise in tax, financial reporting, and wealth management. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of tax regulations, particularly concerning high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, S-Corp, C-Corp, and real estate taxation. As a Senior Tax Manager/Partner, your responsibilities will include the preparation and review of intricate tax documents and financial statements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This permanent role offers a unique chance to work with a diverse client portfolio and to influence the strategic direction of our tax division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, S-Corp, C-Corp, and pass-through entities.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients, helping them navigate their tax responsibilities and identify potential savings.
  • Conduct detailed financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed on current tax practices and legislative changes, effectively communicating these updates to clients and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and addressing their tax and financial needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align tax strategies with broader financial planning services.
  • Mentor and oversee junior staff, offering guidance and support as necessary.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of our tax department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification in CA is mandatory.
  • At least 15 years of experience in tax management, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, S-Corp, C-Corp, and real estate taxation.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex tax scenarios.
  • Proven track record in preparing and reviewing intricate tax documents and financial statements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clarify complex tax concepts.
  • Proficiency in tax software and relevant technology.
  • Commitment to professional growth and staying current with tax practices and legislative changes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
