Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
  • Oversee the design, development, implementation, and governance of financial systems and applications.
  • Provide strategic insights on best practices and emerging technologies relevant to finance operations.
  • Coordinate and manage IT project deliverables by collaborating with both internal and external teams.
  • Ensure the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes.
  • Develop and implement new processes and system configurations.
  • Assist in crafting the financial systems roadmap, including transitions to SAP S/4.
  • Play a pivotal role in the Finance workstream for the forthcoming migration to SAP S/4.
  • Drive the implementation of software solutions from design through hypercare, utilizing both internal resources and external systems integrators as necessary.
  • Support business process enhancements and technology support across various finance functions including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, and Cross-Functional Finance integration.
  • Manage relationships with finance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity to mitigate risks associated with software partnerships.
Qualifications:To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • A BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the implementation and/or support of SAP FI and CO modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP configurations, including GL, Profit Center Splitting, Intercompany, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax, and Treasury.
  • Experience in the IT project lifecycle covering design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live of SAP ECC RTR processes.
  • Understanding of integration with third-party finance applications interfacing with SAP and other non-SAP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience leading the functional design of finance systems during SAP S/4 implementations.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • SAP certifications.
