Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of manufacturing processes for advanced medical devices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and enhance manufacturing processes to boost production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Work with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure project success and effective implementation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and conducting training sessions to improve skills.
  • Develop and enforce quality control procedures to meet product specifications and conduct root cause analyses for quality issues.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Medical Technical Service and/or training, with advanced knowledge of medical devices, including QMS and document control.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as with suppliers and customers, while demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong skills in presenting recommendations and summarizing complex issues clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and mentor a high-performance technical service team, ensuring accountability and driving results.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities and multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity, a customer-focused mindset, and a positive, action-oriented attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
